What is container shipping service?
It refers to the transportation of goods in containers from one point to another, such as from a factory to a port, or from a port to a warehouse, using tractor-trailers (Prime Mover) and semi-trailers.
What sizes of containers can it accommodate?
We generally offer 20-foot, 40-foot, and 45-foot containers in Dry, Reefer (temperature-controlled), Open Top, and Flat Rack configurations.
What areas does your transportation service cover?
It covers the entire country, including routes to Laem Chabang Port, Khlong Toei Port, ICD Lat Krabang, and major industrial estates throughout Thailand.
How many days in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 1–3 business days in advance to schedule a vehicle and check the readiness of the equipment.
What documents are required for shipping?

Can I change the date or cancel my reservation?
Yes, but you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery time.
Is there a vehicle tracking system?
Yes, we use a GPS Tracking system to monitor vehicle location in real-time and provide transportation status reports at every stage.
Is there insurance for the goods during transit?
The basic insurance coverage is 1,000,000 – 3,000,000 baht, and additional coverage can be added as needed by the customer.
What procedures will be followed if a shipping container is damaged or an accident occurs?

How much are the service fees?
Calculated based on distance, container type, cargo weight, and type of work (inbound/outbound port).
Can you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, the company is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and issues full tax invoices.
Do you offer container lifting, storage, or maintenance services?
We offer a full range of services including container lifting with reach stackers/cranes, container storage at the container depot, and basic maintenance services.
Is the service available on a monthly basis or with a long-term contract?
Yes, we can offer special prices and exclusive service terms for loyal customers.
What is Healthcare & Pharma Logistics service?
This service focuses on transporting goods in the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, vaccine, and temperature-controlled goods categories, using the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standard to maintain the quality and safety of goods at every stage, from receiving and storage to final delivery.
What standards guarantee the quality of transportation?
The transportation team is trained and operates in accordance with GDP, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001:2015 standards, complete with real-time temperature monitoring, instrument calibration, and traceability.
Is it possible to transport temperature-controlled goods?
Yes, our company has Reefer Trucks / Temperature-Controlled Vehicle to accommodate various temperature ranges.
- 2–8°C for temperature-sensitive vaccines and medical supplies.
- 15–25°C for general pharmaceutical and medical products.
Equipped with an automatic temperature recording system for each trip.
What action will be taken if the product is damaged, defective, or exceeds the specified temperature limit?
Immediate notification will be provided through the incident reporting system, a root cause analysis will be conducted, and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures will be implemented, including coordination with the insurance company as per the contract.
Do you offer emergency delivery services outside of business hours?
Yes, we offer 24/7 service for urgent cases such as the delivery of medications, vaccines, or emergency medical equipment. We have a hotline and a control room with staff available at all times.
What are Retail & Consumer Logistics services?
This is a transportation and distribution service for retail businesses and general consumers, covering everything from warehouses and distribution centers to stores, branches, and customer final addresses. It also includes the transportation of electrical appliances and spare parts, along with on-site installation services by a team of professional technicians.
What types of products are supported?
We handle all types of products in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), electronics, consumer goods, and electronic categories, as well as large and fragile items that require careful transportation.
Is real-time shipping or status tracking available?
Yes, we have a real-time tracking (GPS) system and a dashboard that reports the shipping status, allowing customers to check it 24 hours a day.
Do you offer delivery and installation services to the customer's home?
Yes, we offer a complete Delivery & Installation Service by a team of trained and certified transporters for electrical appliances (such as refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, air conditioners, etc.), including a post-installation check to ensure everything is in order.
Can you arrange daily delivery schedules or offer monthly contract services?
Yes, it's possible. We have a Route Planning & Scheduling system for daily/weekly/monthly delivery schedules, along with special pricing offers and transportation performance reports (KPI Reports) for corporate clients.
Do you offer express or time-specific delivery services?
Yes, our company offers Same Day / Next Day / Time Slot Delivery services to meet the needs of corporate clients, online stores, and retail outlets nationwide.
Is it possible to connect the client's system with the company's tracking system?
Yes, it is possible to connect via API Integration, allowing business customers to view shipping status directly from their own systems, such as ERP or E-commerce Platform.
What is Express Delivery service?
This is an express door-to-door parcel delivery service for both individual and corporate customers who require fast delivery of goods, within Bangkok, its surrounding areas, and other provinces.
How long does delivery take?
Generally, it takes 1–2 business days for Bangkok and 1–3 business days for other provinces (it may take slightly longer for remote areas).
Where can I check the status of my package?
Customers can check the delivery status via the link

Simply enter the tracking number and the system will display the results in real-time.
Will I be compensated if the package is damaged or lost?
The company provides basic damage insurance for general parcels and can increase the coverage amount as needed by the customer, provided that notification is given before shipment.
Do you offer home delivery service for parcels?
Yes, we do. However, our doorstep pickup service is only available for corporate accounts or customers with a high volume of regular shipments.
Our system has a delivery team that picks up packages according to a pre-scheduled time, such as:
- Morning session: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon session: 13:00 – 16:00
Customers can schedule parcel pickup at least one business day in advance through the Customer Service center or the online booking portal.
In addition, we offer daily/weekly scheduled pickup services for customers with a high volume of work, to increase convenience and reduce waiting times for parcel delivery.
